o foster entrepreneurial success, the EDC has been operating a 60,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art small business incubator facility since 1993 at 5988 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters near the St. Charles Community College.

 

With spacious office suites and warehouse/flex space of varying sizes, the EDC incubator is always abuzz as business owners of small and mid-sized companies grow and succeed together.

It only takes four steps to apply to become a tenant in the EDC small business incubator. They include completing an EDC incubator application, submitting a written business plan, meeting with our business counselor, and making a presentation to the EDC Incubator Advisory Committee.
