NorthPoint Development has broken ground on a new master-planned industrial park in the Lakeside Logistics Center in St. Peters. The completed development will include five buildings totaling ±1.6 million SF across 190 acres.
The largest building in the development will be nearly 500,000 SF. Grading for that building is scheduled to start this month, with construction expected to wrap up in mid-2023.
The site, which is along the Highway 370 Logistics Corridor, is adjacent to the Premier 370 Business Park and offers easy interstate and highway access. According to the St. Louis Business Journal, NorthPoint chose the site for its ease of transit and proximity to St. Louis Lambert International Airport (15 minutes away).
This project represents $129M in capital investment and will create ±950 new jobs.
