Tenant Spotlight: Ninni Co.—From Faith to Function

Published Wednesday, February 5, 2025

In the heart of St. Charles County, sisters Joy Williams and Jane Molina have turned a challenging personal journey into a thriving busines—Ninni Co., which specializes in innovative pacifiers designed specifically for breastfed babies. The Ninni Co. story is one of resilience, creativity, community support, and the entrepreneurial spirit that defines St. Charles County.

A Unique Beginning

The inspiration for Ninni Co. emerged when Jane faced the challenges of breastfeeding her third son, who wouldn’t accept a pacifier or bottle. Frustrated by the lack of suitable options in the market, she realized that she wasn’t alone—countless other breastfeeding mothers shared her struggle. With strong, faith-based motivation, Jane felt called to create a solution. If there wasn't a breast-like nipple alternative on the market, she would make one. Ninni Co. was born.

In partnership with her sister Joy, who joined her entrepreneuial journey shortly after the birth of her own child, Jane embarked on a seven-year journey filled with challenges, including financial struggles and the pursuit of a patent. Their breakthrough came when they were able to secure a patent on their unique design, and with support from local entrepreneurs and angel investors, they launched the Ninni Co. website on March 1, 2021.
