Community Strong is a health initiative to improve the health and well-being of St. Charles County. We use a novel approach as a health coalition to build social connectivity to tackle tough topics such as obesity, substance abuse and access to care.

MINDSET

Positive thinking helps with stress management and improve your health and build resilience to fight substance abuse, lower rates of depression, and provide better coping skills during hardship and times of stress.
