Over the past 30 years, Patriot has grown from a small, home-based business to occuping 270,000 SF of operations across three locations in St. Charles County, including a new, state-of-the-art 163,000 SF manufacturing facility in St. Charles City that opened in 2021.  The company has taken advantage of incentive and bond programs, including tax-exempt Industrial Revenue Bonds and Chapter 100 Bonds, to help fund new facilities.

Patriot President and Co-Founder Judy Burns points to St. Charles County's housing availability and quality schools as key to Patriot's ability to attract a highly-skilled workforce at a time when labor shortages are crippling manufacturing operations around the country.
