Partners for Community Progress

The Partners for Community Progress was originally founded in 2001 by the EDC and local civic leaders to help St. Charles County be a nationally renowned, most livable community. Through leadership and collaboration, Partners initiatives have been focused on the economy, education, health, and quality of place.

In the past 20 years, the Partners and EDC have elevated awareness of STEM education, helped start more than 100 student robotics teams, promoted workplace wellness, fostered infrastructure investment, studied generational changes, championed affordable housing and mixed-use development, issued awards for regional excellence, and created the popular MO’ Cowbell Marathon and related events.
